1. Rate Includes

    Rates quotes are per person and scheduled return transfer on ‘sit-In-coach’ basis.

  2. Currency

    All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Rates are subject to changes with or without prior notice.

  3. Min. No of Pax

    Rates are based on minimum of 2 persons & on twin-share basis. Single traveller shall pay 50% surcharge.

  4. Child Policy

    Children age 2-10 years of age enjoy 50% discount from adult price and provided he/she stay in twin-share room with 2 paying adults and do not utilize extra bed. Full adult rate applies if extra bed is utilized. Children below 2 years old without using extra bed stay free-of-charge.

  5. Domestic Flights

    The above rates are ex-Sandakan & do not include domestic flights. Domestic flights connecting Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan are operated by MAS airlines (www.malaysiaairlines.com) & Air Asia (www.airasia.com)

  6. Payment Method

    Telegraphic transfer & Western Union. As for credit cards (Master and VISA cards) Payment can be made on line in our website. A 3% of administration charged for convenience fee applies. Payment in full for all charges must be settled before tour/package departure.
    Please fax or scan & email us the bank remittance order slip for our record with advisce of the remittance date and the respective corresponding bank. And please to inform that our company will NOT absorb any International/Oversea/Outstation bank charges. It should be borne by you.

  7. Reservation & Payment Terms

    Full payment (100%) will be collected to secure the booking as it is first come first serve basis. Failure to comply with the payment according to its deadline may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation. No refund could be made from the payment if guest decided to cancel the tour as the accommodation had already been made and paid for. All bookings are subjected to availability at the time of booking.

  8. Amendment of Booking

    If booking confirmation/payment had already been made, it is not possible to change as accommodation had already been made.

  9. Cancellation of Tour Policy
    • Refund

      No refund can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, transportation or any other services that are included in the tour fare but not utilized.

    • Cancellation

      I) IF the cancellation is made within 3 days, after a successful online payment transaction, you will be granted 100% refund. After three days period, we have the rights to determine how much refund you are entitled – based on what tour that you booked.
      II) IF No Show, 100% (full amount) cancellation fee will be imposed.
